Wonderful stay with Casa San Blas!
My husband and I recently stayed at Casa San Blas during a trip to Cusco, and it was a wonderful choice! They were attentive and accommodating and had many small touches that made our stay special. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I really liked the aesthetic of the whole hotel! We stayed in the queen suite and had amazing views of the city!! We did a trek during our stay – they stored our extra luggage while we were away, packed us a breakfast before our early morning departure, and even had our bags waiting in our room when we returned. I would definitely recommend
Casa San Blas to friends and family and would stay with them again in the future!

We stayed at Casa San Blas Boutique hotel for 2 nights and then we did the Inca Trail hike and after the hike returned here for one more night. The hotel staff were accommodating and saved our luggage while we were hiking up to Machu Picchu. The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Cusco. There were local shops and cafes and restaurants walking distance. We could easily walk to many tourist sites like San Pedro Market, Plaza de Armas, museums, etc. Breakfast was included and they had a buffet style. It was cozy and exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cusco. They also are able to provide a taxi to and from the Cusco airport if you give them advanced notice. The airport 30 mins away.

Wonderful Place to Stay with Exceptional Staff
Room was fine. Staff was wonderful, helpful, accommodating and friendly. In order of meeting them: JD, Sofia, Aida and Marco were each such nice and competent individuals, from helping with carrying luggage at 12,000′ above sea level to creating fabulous breakfasts included with the room, and arranging for us to stay beyond check-out for a small fee because we were exhausted, while waiting for ride to airport,

This hotel is SO ROMANTIC! It is located in the most historic part of Cusco off a little side street. We were able to walk easily to the city center and there were many stores and eateries to explore on the hotel’s block. Each room is themed and very warm and inviting. We were put in the lovebird suite since it was our honeymoon and they sent up brownies to the room for the «lovebirds» which meant so much to us. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and they had coca tea in the lobby to help you acclimate to the high altitude. We were able to get laundry done here as well as massages! We will definitely be back!

A hidden gem in the best part of Cusco!!
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!! The location is perfect for touring what I consider the nicest part of Cusco. Everything is within walking distance and the narrow cobblestone streets add a flair of old world charm. But more importantly was the absolute, hands down 5-star treatment we received from the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. And in all my years of travel, and I travel a LOT, nobody has ever come to my room to tuck a hot water bottle under my sheets so my feet are nice and cozy! I swear the last person to do this was my dear old grandmother when I was a wee lad of 5 years old. It brought me back to the feeling of safety and comfort that I haven’t felt since way back when. Nice touch Casa San Blas!!! Seriously though I will not even consider staying anywhere else in Cusco after such a beautiful experience. You owe it to yourself to experience this gem!!!

Friendly staff, great location, highly recommend!
We loved our time at Casa San Blas!! The location was fantastic – we were within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas very close to several fantastic restaurants – and we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Enrique was working at the front desk when we arrived and his perfect English, friendliness, and knowledge of the area made us feel instantly comfortable and excited to explore the city. We also had a great experience one morning when we brought some fruit that we’d bought at the local market and were eating it with our breakfast (the hotel provides a delicious breakfast, we just wanted to try out some of the interesting fruits we’d found the day before!) Not only did we get knowledgable insights about the things we were eating from the staff, but the cook volunteered to make us a lucuma smoothie that was absolutely delicious!!
We happened to be staying at Casa San Blas over my husband’s birthday and the hotel staff made it a memorable day with a surprise birthday note and yummy pastries in our room. It was an unexpected gesture that was really delightful.
Beyond that, the rooms were comfortable, WiFi was great, and the view of Cusco from the upstairs patio was stunning. We also appreciated the ability to refill our water bottles using the onsite water purifier instead of buying a bunch of single-use plastic bottles.
We highly recommend Casa San Blas to anyone visiting Cusco, and are looking forward to visiting again on our next trip to Peru!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa San Blas, the service and attention of all the staff but specially Aida from the delicious buffet breakfast was 5 stars. Aida made us feel at home and was nice and kind with our 10 month old baby. We stayed for 7 days and were so sad to leave. Our room had plenty of space for our baby to scrowl around safely and for us to feel comfortable with lot.of natural light. Lastly the location is unbeatable, its in the hearth of San Blas (nicest neighborhood in town) with easy walkable access to the entire historical center, restaurants, cafes and shops. Highly recommended

We stayed at Casa San Blas Boutique for a total of 6 nights. We loved it so much the first 3 nights that we came back after 4 days away and stayed another 3 wonderful nights. Sofia and Enrique at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed. Aida in the kitchen and breakfast room was always cheerful. She made my eggs perfect everytime. Joel, Frank and Marco all helped us with our luggage and made sure we had hot water bottles in our bed everynight. Irma and Cecil took care of our room and did a wonderful job. Casa San Blas Boutique is in a great location. Just a few yards up the hill from Plaza de Armas, restaurants and shopping and a nice leisurely walk from San Pedro Market. If ever we go back to Cusco, we would definitely stay there again. Highly, highly recommended! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Super comfortable and accommodating
The hotel location is great, right in the middle of everything, you can walk down or up and you would find anything that you need: bodega-market, souvenirs shops, picanterias, pharmacies, bars, museums, and even churches. The service is excellent, specially Aida, she is in charge of breakfast and she prepares the best jugo de piña y naranja that I have ever had. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Cusco.

Great boutique hotel in Cusco.
An amazing place to stay. The staff is very helpful, friendly and bi-lingual. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Booked through Peru4Less and was very happy with their selection. I would book again when returning to Cusco. I did not use the TV so I cannot comment.

Antigua Casona San Blas was the highlight of our trip. From Edwin and his team personally greeting us each morning, to the wonderful rooms and service and the courtyard patio where we made dozens of friends over the nights by the firepit enjoying happy hour.
Casa San Blas was just awesome. So much character, chill energy and awesome food. Set in the heart of Cusco, we walked to everything. Cannot say enough good things! 11 on a scale of 10.
Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the inner water gardens, the ambiance makes it even more special

I am writing this review not only for the hotel but also because of saying thank you to Mijail and Keila, they were SUPER helpful during our stay in Casa San Blas. We were impressed by how much they tried to give us the best services they can. Mijail helped us a lot to plan our Machu Picchu trip, without his help we couldn’t make it happen. Very Polite and nice.
The hotel is a cute, clean, and great location as well. We will definitely come back there on our next trip.

Cozy and welcoming
Really nice staff and cozy decor. If you are lucky and get the room at the top floor (big and spacious) you will have stunning views of the city! Really impressive. A plus is the neighborhood where it is located and how close it is to the center. Breakfast is also really good. Highly recommend this place.

Quaint and charming!
The first thing I’d like to say about this small boutique hotel is the customer service. It is superb! All the staff, regardless of position, are extremely welcoming, go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable it can be, are always smiling and they’re always offering to assist in anyway possible.
The rooms are somewhat small but very comfortable and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, there’s a nice desk and the rooms are quaintly decorated. I always had hot water and the towels are nice and soft. It does get chilly at night so I did use the space heater that was provided. They also each evening give you a hot water bottle that you slip underneath the covers of your bed and it keeps your feet nice and warm. The only drawback to the rooms are that the walls are very thin so you hear everything in the hallway, the activities of the people next-door or above you. It’s a very small hotel so the rooms are on top of each other. I wish I had a room on the top floor because I hear those had good views so ask for one of those if possible. Mine was over looking the lobby so I always had to keep my drapes closed. Breakfast is quite comfortable. A continental breakfast plus egg options.
They are very environmentally conscious, which is nice. There is also water and tea in the lobby provided for you at all times. They give you a glass bottle in your room that you can fill up anytime that’s needed with water.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Had no problems.
The location of the hotel was perfect. It is located in the San Blas Neighborhood which I felt was the best neighborhood in the area and is considered the artists neighborhood. You are walking distance to everything. You are on a hill but on a a very cute street. The main plaza is about a 10 minute walk where the main cathedral is.
There are two great restaurants very close to the hotel which I recommend. They are:
Pachapapa and Cicciolina. Enjoy!
You won’t go wrong by choosing this boutique hotel!

Nice boutique hotel
Lovely small hotel in the heart of San Blas, a pretty area in Cusco.
Nice boutique hotel
Lovely small hotel in the heart of San Blas, a pretty area in Cusco.
Friendly staff and artfully decorated smallish rooms. Beautiful terrace with views over the city.
Breakfast was relatively basic but nicely presented. Not the biggest dining room so you may have to wait for a seat.
