As with many others, we stayed here before and after our trip to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. The staff, specifically Alexandra and Aida (? name), were friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and easy. The free water, tea, luggage storage, etc. were a nice treat and the water bottles warmed cold feet. The location is perfect for seeing the sites. Easy walking to ATM’s, main Cusco plaza, San Blas Plaza (can purchase stamps), and shopping if that’s your thing. The rooms were clean and breakfast, while standard fare, was tasty with eggs to order. We highly recommend!
